　　怎么來選擇好的扭了扳手，根據(jù)扭力值的不同，請選擇不同的扭力扳手，我們建議用戶在購買時選擇扭力值區(qū)間在扭力扳手的中間部位，即20%-80%扭力區(qū)間，例如我們在用100Nm的扭力去鎖緊螺絲時候，我們建議選擇HAZET的5122-3CT扭矩范圍是40-200Nm，這樣里面彈簧結(jié)構(gòu)不會經(jīng)常觸即臨界點，更好的保護扭力扳手，并能長期使用。

　　扭力扳手與其說是一種工具，更適合說是一種量具，一般的螺絲我們可以用棘輪扳手或者普通扳手來拆裝即可，使用的力是根據(jù)個人的力量大小決定螺絲的鎖緊程度，而機械設(shè)備等比較重要的部位螺絲，需要一定的扭力值才能達到適合，即不會損壞螺絲又保證使用需要；拆卸螺絲的時候，會有瞬間強力，即使新裝的螺絲，然后拆卸下來，這個松動力量遠大于剛安裝的扭力，很容易造成扭力扳手的損壞。

　　扭力扳手與汽車都是一樣，行駛一定里程，使用一段時間后，都需要保養(yǎng)，扭力扳手在使用達到規(guī)定次數(shù)或者時間后，一般是5000次或者半年，需要進行扭力精準再校正，需要由人員使用設(shè)備調(diào)節(jié)校正，延長扭力扳手的壽命就必須要注意：每次用完后將扭力值歸零，以免彈簧長期受壓，彈性疲乏，導(dǎo)致扭力扳手壽命縮短。

　　一般來說扭力扳手在出廠時，已經(jīng)校正及測試，不同款式精準度不同，任意扭力值點分別為±4%，±3%，±1%，這是高精確測量儀器，因此僅有人員才可作維修，切勿浸泡在任何液體中，否則會影響其內(nèi)部的潤滑。
